Eligibility for Free Return / Replacement / Exchange / Refund

We offer a free return/replacement/exchange/refund only for products that are: Damaged or broken Significantly different from what was described on the website Note: Please record a mandatory unboxing video before opening the package. The video must start from opening the sealed package and end only after showing the product clearly.

Conditions for Returns / Replacement Return eligibility is subject to our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

For “significantly different” cases, the product must be: Unused, unworn, and in brand new condition Returned with original sealed box, invoice, tags, instruction papers, warranty card and accessories (if any) Scratched, used, or damaged products will not be accepted. Refund & Shipping Charges If you return an order, original shipping charges (if any) will not be refunded. If you self-ship the return, you will be reimbursed based on the shipping slip shared with us (up to ₹100 max). Loss or damage of the product during return transit is your responsibility. We recommend shipping through a reliable courier service.

Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure all items are present and in original condition. After inspection, we will issue: A refund (as per Refund Policy), or A replacement/exchange, as requested Processing time: within 7 days of approval.

We reserve the right to cancel any order if found unsuitable or invalid. In such cases, a full refund will be processed. Reasons may include: Product unavailability Incorrect product/pricing information Fraudulent or invalid payment activity Customers will be notified via phone or email in such cases.

Refund Mode

If an order is cancelled by us, lost in transit, or undelivered to your location, a full refund including shipping charges will be provided. Refunds will be processed via online transfer within 7 days after confirmation of the return, subject to quality check approval.
