Return Policy

Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of order delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned with all original tags, packaging, and invoice.
  • Damaged, soiled, or altered items will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Intimate wear, cosmetics, hygiene-related products, or items marked as Final Sale are non-returnable.
  • Gift cards, customized products, and promotional freebies are not eligible for returns.

Return Process

  1. Email us at twentytwolifestyles@gmail.com with your order ID, product details, and reason for return.
  2. Our support team will review your request and share return instructions.
  3. The customer is responsible for return shipping charges unless the product is defective/damaged on arrival.

Damaged or Wrong Item Received

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product:

  • Contact us immediately within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Share images of the item and packaging for verification.
  • We will provide a free replacement or refund.

Refund Approval

  • Refunds are initiated once the returned product passes our quality check.
  • Refund approval/rejection will be communicated via email.

Refund Timeline

  • Prepaid Orders: Refunds are credited back to the original payment method (credit card, debit card, net banking, UPI, or wallet) within 7–10 business days.
  • COD Orders: Refunds are issued via bank transfer/UPI. Customers must provide valid bank details.
  • If refunds are delayed, please check with your bank before contacting us.

Partial Refunds

  • In case an item is returned used, damaged, or missing parts, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion.

Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product was defective or delivered incorrectly.
